Refund and Returns Policy

At Atris Jam, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products (e.g. dates and food items), we do not accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or partially used
- Items returned after 7 days
- Sale or discounted items unless defective
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support with:
- Order number
- Photo of the damaged/incorrect item
- A short description of the issue

4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- We may request the product to be returned (if necessary)
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days
- In case of a partial refund, only the eligible amount (e.g. for damaged items) will be returned
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to personal change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a new order separately.
